Measures how reliably the app filters content, blocks Shorts or ads, or enforces whitelists without letting inappropriate content slip through (Weight: 35%).

Scores the app's structural security, evaluating whether children can uninstall, circumvent, or disable restrictions easily (Weight: 25%).
Ease of Setup & Management
Evaluates the initial installation workflow, cross-device settings sync speed, and administrative dashboard user experience (Weight: 20%).
Feature Transparency & Value
Assesses pricing fairness, free tier utility, and whether features are accurately represented in marketing material without false promises (Weight: 20%).
